1. The first kind of anti-static fabric is mixed with conductive fibers in ordinary fabrics. Since this anti-static fabric is not affected by its environment, it is now generally accepted and recognized. The antistatic properties of this antistatic fabric and the type of conductive fiber and the division of conductive metal, graphite, carbon black, etc. in the fiber are divided into uniform conductive component type, conductive component covering type, conductive component composite type and conductive component Four hybrid types. Among them, other composite conductive fibers containing conductive components such as carbon black and graphite can be directly used for weaving filaments. A conductive filament is embedded in the warp yarn at certain intervals (such as about 1.5 cm) to obtain good resistance. The static effect is currently the best conductive fiber used to weave anti-static clothing.
2. The second type of antistatic fabric is to add antistatic agents, such as phosphate ester, sulfonate and other surfactants, or introduce a third monomer in polyester fiber or nylon polymer fiber to obtain durable antistatic fiber. Since most of the antistatic agents of the additives are surfactants that will react or decompose when met with alkali, alkaline detergents should not be used during fabric finishing or washing to prevent affecting the antistatic effect. This fiber is suitable for dust-free clothing , Sterile clothes, can also be used for civilian clothing.
3. The third kind of anti-static fabric is to use anti-static agent to resin-treat the fibers of the fabric fabric, and then adhere to the surface of the fiber fabric after padding, baking, so that the fabric has a certain anti-static effect. At present, it is only used for ordinary clothing to eliminate common static phenomena such as clothes adsorption, spark discharge, dust absorption and so on.
Different classifications of anti-static fabrics are suitable for different working environments, mainly based on the protection standards for static electricity, so it is not always possible to choose which anti-static fabric is the best. It is best to choose the most suitable anti-static fabric.
